This is the mailbox for 6920 E Woodrow Ave, the property next to the 41.8 Acre Remainder lot. The 41.8 Acre Remainder lot is 1/4 mile to the West of this on E Woodrow Avenue. This is a Pink painted T-Post at the beginning of the 41.8 Acre Remainder lot or the East Side of the 41.8 Acre Remainder lot on E Woodrow Avenue. This is the entrance to the 41.8 Acre Remainder lot off of E Woodrow Avenue. It is labeled '1' as driveway 1 to the Remainder Lot.This is the entrance to the 41.8 Acre Remainder lot off of E Woodrow Avenue. You can see the Pink on the trees. This is another view of the entrance to the 41.8 Acre Remainder lot off of E Woodrow Avenue. This is Driveway '2' at the Border of the Pink lot (Remainder) and the Orange lot (Lot 13).This is the border stake between the Pink 41.8 Acre Remainder lot and the Orange lot (Lot 13). The Blue lot entrance is about 75 meters from the intersection of E Woodrow Avenue and 176th. It's the first entrance to the East of that intersection. This is the mail box entrance on 176th Avenue. It's 50 to 70 meters South of the intersection of 176th Avenue and E Woodrow Avenue, it's where the gate to what we call the Easement Road. This is a picture of the gated entrance to the Easement Road, on the left-hand side of the Easement Road would be the Purple lot (Lot 8) and on the right would be the Blue lot (Lot 16) as depicted by the paint colors on the trees. This is a Blue (Lot 16) property stake off of 176th Avenue, inside the gate to the right.A little more ahead inside the gate to the left about 20 meters is the Purple stake (Lot 8) for the Purple lot that sits on 176th Avenue all the way from there to the North Branch of the White River. This is a picture of the Easement Road after you pass through the gate where you get access to all the lots except for the Remainder lot. This is the driveway that goes from the Easement Road to the edge of the hill that overlooks the North Branch of the White River for the Purple lot (Lot 8). You head down the Easement Road from 176th Avenue and find the driveway on the left, if you look to your right you will see the Blue lot driveway (Lot 16) that goes South to E Woodrow Avenue. Lots 13, 14, 15 & 16 all have continuing driveways to the lots North of the Easement road. This is where the Purple (Lot 8) driveway meets the hill overlooking the North Branch of the White River. If you go down the Easement Road and look to your right you would see a driveway for the Blue lot (Lot 16) this driveway goes to E Woodrow Avenue. Every lot connects from E Woodrow Avenue to the Easement Road. This picture shows a Red arrow (Lot 9) pointing you in the direction of the Red lot driveway. This picture shows the Red lot (Lot 9) driveway entrance off of the Easement Road that leads you to the North Branch of the White River. This is a picture looking down at the river from the end of the Red lot driveway (Lot 9).This is looking down the Red driveway (Lot 9). We actually made a cul-de-sac next to the river so you can easily turn around and go back towards the Easement Road. The tree in the middle is painted Red and the driveway goes around the tree. There is what looks like a driveway on the Yellow lot (Lot 15), but it is not a Driveway that leads back to E Woodrow Avenue. Therefore two trees were painted Yellow with the word 'NO' showing this driveway leads no where important. This is the Yellow driveway (Lot 15) that goes back to E Woodrow Avenue. Wherever feasible and where it made sense the trees close to the driveway are painted so you know you are on the correct driveway. This has been repeated on most driveways. This is the Grey lot (Lot 10). I'm showing this picture in particular because Grey is very hard to see on on the trees, in some cases I painted where limbs were cut off because it is easier to spot the Grey. When marking the Grey lot (Lot 10) I used this arrow showing, hey come down here for the Grey lot that goes to the river. This is the Grey lot (Lot 10) driveway that goes to the North Branch of the White River. It's a very large driveway and is a very beautiful semi wooded driveway, one of the best lots! This is the end of the Grey lot driveway (Lot 10) looking at the North Branch of the White River. The elevation is lower here and very beautiful.Another picture showing the view of the North Branch of the White River from the Grey lot (Lot 10).Another view showing the North Branch of the White River from the Grey lot (Lot 10).This is the driveway of the Green lot (Lot 14) going off the Easement Road towards E Woodrow Avenue.A number of arrows were painted on trees saying 'hey you're going down the easement road, go this way to get on the Green lot (Lot 14)' where there's a driveway.Other side of Green lot (Lot 14) driveway with an arrow. The knot holes are painted because they hold the color well. This big driveway goes to the Gold lot (Lot 11). It's very hard to see gold on the trees, but it's a major intersection where the road splits in three directions off the Easement Road, one going to the pond on the White lot (Lot 12), one going down the trail to the Orange lot (Lot 13) and one going to the Gold lot (Lot 11).As you go down the Easement Road you come to this tree and it points you to the Gold lot (Lot 11), which is to the left. Again Gold is very hard to see on the trees so this was the best way to direct you to the Gold lot (Lot 11).After you make a left on the Gold lot (Lot 11) driveway you can't miss this big maple tree and you can see it from the easement road. It's very massive. This is a picture from the end of the Gold lot (Lot 11) driveway looking down at the North Branch of the White River. This is the beautiful spring fed pond on the White lot (Lot 12).
